Magnolia Hall is a lived-in family estate — and its continued care is what makes it so extraordinary. To preserve the home's integrity and your guests' experience, vendor access is thoughtfully managed and coordinated in advance of every event.
The catering and preparation kitchen is available exclusively to preferred and pre-approved vendors. Couples are welcome to request approval for their own preferred vendors — our vetting process ensures every professional on property meets the standard the estate requires.
Preferred Vendors
Our preferred vendor list includes caterers, photographers, florists, and event production teams who have worked at Magnolia Hall and understand its unique logistics and standards.
Estate Boundaries & Security
On-site security is included with every package — coordinated with Greenville County Sheriff's Office for a minimum of five hours. Estate boundaries are clearly communicated to all guests and vendors in advance, ensuring a seamless, respectful experience for everyone.
